Job Description:
Our company is in the business of supplying large scale understory herbiciding to landowners throughout PA & NY to help promote regeneration of new timber. We treat fern, beech brush, striped maple, false buckwheat, mile-a-minute, spice bush, multi flora rose, to name a few. Some of our clients include DCNR, PA Game Commission, large timber holding companies, professional foresters who supply services to small land owners, large hunting clubs, etc. We are on the road all week, early Monday morning through Friday night or Saturday. We stay at the job site in out camper, which has "most" of the comforts of home. We rarely stay at one job site for more than a day. The CDL driver is responsible for moving our sprayer from one job site to the next, going out and fetching water with our nurse truck, and helping to support service on spray machine, which includes filling between spray intervals, maintenance and repairs. Our driver will be responsible for packing and readying the equipment to move as our spray operator finishes the spray site. Salaried weekly. Working hours are anytime spray conditions are right or traveling. This job is a must for loving the outdoors and being out of contact with most of society for days at a time.
